Turn on Aux Heat with App

I am leaving my home for an extended period of time this winter and am worried about the ability to switch to aux heat when the temp drops.  When I am home I normally switch to aux heat when the outside temps hit about 20 degrees F.  I doesn't seem like I can do this via a remote. Is there a setting I can use so the aux heat goes on when the inside or outside temps drops to a certain point?

• Do you have any subscription on your Nest Thermostat? 
• When was the thermostat installed?
• What is the make and model of your HVAC equipment?
• Do you have the Nest app already installed on your phone?
