Two Heatlinks one Nest Thermostat

Hi,

I have a nest 3rd gen which currently controls my central heating and hot water (system boiler with hot water tank).

We have now had underfloor heating installed but the builders didn't run a switched live from the UFH manifold back to the boiler.

My plumber is now asking if it is possible to run two Heatlinks from one nest Thermostat (one heatlink at the UFH Manifold and one at the boiler). Ideally I would prefer to use Nest Thermostat E so that I don't need to install any more cables, if possible.

Does anybody know if this will work please?

Many thanks in advance

Hi ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I understand that you can run two Heat Links from one Nest Thermostat. I'm glad to assist you this time.

Each Nest thermostat model comes with a Heat Link. We don't recommend using two heat links to control one thermostat if you want to enjoy all the features of your Nest Thermostat E. To learn more about how to use your thermostat and heat link, you can refer to this article. Learn about Heat Link for Nest thermostats in Europe.

Feel free to keep us posted if you have more questions.

Best regards,

Gabriela
