Two Quest: One re: Alexa and one re:voltage

I have  a newer Nest Thermostat, the kind without  a charging port.  I installed it without a C wire but it seems to be working perfectly after 4 days.  My question concerns the internal battery with has consistently read, OK and Good and 3.313 volts.  According to what I read on the google website, with a reading that low, it shouldn't be working properly.  Is there an error in Google's statement or is Google referring to nest Thermostats connected with a common wire?

Second question:  I have tried to get the thermostat linked to Alexa   Alexa, when I added the nest thermostat, told me to go to the Nest app to complete the link.  The Nest App, however,  no longer recognizes my nest thermostat and Google Home seems to have replaced it.  Is there a work around to link it with Alexa?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.

The Nest Thermostat 2020 model often requires a C wire to work, though there are cases where it might not be needed. If the battery impedance is lower than 1500 milliohms, this impedance is an indicator that the batteries are in good condition and don’t need to be replaced yet.

On the other hand, I found a helpful article about controlling Google Nest products with Amazon Alexa that would help you link your Nest Thermostat.
