It has been a nightmare to unenroll from this Rush Hour Reward program!! So many violations I don’t know where to start. They refuse to unenroll me. I have asked several times and they just will not do it. I’m trying to figure out why. What do they get out of me staying on this program.
I did an online chat to request to be unenrolled and after she asked for my thermostat serial numbers and access to my Google Account (another violation of my privacy) still DID NOT UNENROLL ME!
I received an email requesting I reply if I was sure I wanted to unenroll..I don’t know how else to say it.. I typed it in plain English!! I DO NOT WANT RUSH HOUR REWARDS!!
20 minutes later I received another email saying I was enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards!
I’m beyond aggravated! And wondering if I can make a police report, this has to be illegal.
So I have to go through all these steps to contact Google Nest.. fill out a form then wait for a phone call. You’re not going to believe this, the rep asked for my Google verification code!! I received a text to my phone as if I was signing on to my Gmail and needed to verify my code!! What in the name of scam is going on here!!!
I refuse to give him access, he had already told me he couldn’t unenroll me so I asked him, so why did you try to access my Google account!! So shady!!
DO NOT GET RUSH HOUR REWARDS IT IS NOT WORTH HOURS OF FRUSTRATION!!
