Any help gratefully accepted, I have a 3rd gen nest stat working fine.
Bought a nest e for 2nd zone and it will not connect to my phone to let me install, cant see it with a BLE scanner either.
Any ideas please?

Just to confirm, do you have the phone symbol with the Nest app logo inside of it on the display of the thermostat? And if so, do you get any particular message when you try and add it to the Nest app? A particular code perhaps with a message to why it could not be added or connected perhaps.

Hi, I returned this as faulty, I suspect Bluetooth fault. I had the phone with a nest symbol in it and a code for Bluetooth to answer the previous message also.
I have a new one coming so will hopefully be good to go
