Thermostat was able to connect to my previous router. When I upgraded to a new router the thermostat is unable to find the wi-fi network. The error on the app is TD004 (0.65). I have done the following:
Wifi network is set up with both 2.4g and 5g. No other devices in my home are encountering the issue.

I was unable to get the Nest to connect so I had to buy a regular programmable thermostat to get the heat on. I can attempt to reinstall but I am not sure it will connect.

I ended up having to uninstall the thermostat as it wouldn't connect and we needed to get the heat turned on. I bought a cheap programmable thermostat to hold us over. I feel like I tried all of the options suggested in order to get the Nest to recognize the wifi.

I don't think a solution has been provided to me at this time. Are you stating that you can help out if I re-install the Nest?
