Hi,
My thermostat (Nest Learning) has been showing a H1 error permanently for a week. I have been unable to reconnect with the heat link, and I am currently using the heat link manually.
When I got the H1 error, I have tried moving the thermostat (mounted in the wall) closer to the heat link, did not work. Then, I followed the steps indicated in the troubleshooting guidance (here https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9240096?sjid=7910022790623639039-EU#disconnected_heatli...) and neither of them worked.
Currently, the heat link (2nd generation) is blinking green and yellow quickly. Meanwhile, the thermostat continues showing an H1 error.
Can I please ask your help?
