Hello,
I just recently bought a Google Nest to replace my Honeywell RTH9580WF01. I took a picture of the original wiring and copied sequence to Nest but I notice that my cooling in blowing heat. What I did notice is that the Honeywell brown cable is label W-O/B so since Nest didn't have it exactly as that I placed the brown to W1 at next. My central is 16 SEER SINGLE- STAGE HEAT PUMP, Model: TSH648GKA.
Thanks for your help.

So I found the mistake. The brown wire (reversing valve) at W1 on Nest needed to be at OB terminal and the white wire at W2 aux needed to be at W1 terminal. Tested AC and now is blowing cold air as it should. Also move red wire from Rh to Rc location but it really shouldn't matter due to internally I believe they are jumped and also just provides power.

Hi Coach_C,
Cool, I'm glad to hear that it's all sorted out. Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. Since you're using the Nest Thermostat, you don't need to have jumper wires. Nest Learning Thermostat has two terminals for power — you can either use the RC or RH terminal for your power wire.
Please feel free to create a new thread if you have any questions or concerns, as we'll be willing to assist you from there.
Cheers,
Jenelyn
