I have moved into a new home with an existing nest thermostat. The thermostat works fine and it is connected to the 2.5ghz WiFi without issue. I’ve checked all of the google troubleshooting items but I am still unable to get the thermostat to provide an entry key. The system says “there was a problem connecting to the service”
