Unable to log on to nest

I know this has been posted before with no apparent hope of being able to contact google beyond then helpful guides I’m completely locked out by password of nest account password reset emails never arrived. Yet I know the password it rejects is correctb100% I’m entering correct email to log in and also 100% sure correct email password reset is correct yet nothing arrives and locked out of Nest account

Hey Maathanman,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you try the steps below and let us know how it goes?

 

  • Double check that you entered the email address that you used to sign up for your account.
  • Double check that you use a Nest Account, not a Google Account.
  • Check your spam email folder.
  • Try requesting the reset password email again.

Have tried these steps and made absulutely no difference nest simply doesn't respond to request for password reset you send request as I've je about30 times and just get no response from nest we hatso ever .

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry for the delay. Could you please try to log in to the Nest web app and see if the issue occurs there as well? If you originally use the website to log in, try using the app instead.
