I keep getting the N260 error even though I have the Nest Power connector installed. The system runs fine otherwise. The battery is at 3 Volts. Previously I had to do a reset and the message came bac after 2 weeks.
Model is Thermostat -1.4 with Software 1.1-11.
Battery state: OK
Battery voltage: 3.01 volts.
Power Connector: Connected
Thanks for any help someone can provide!

Sorry, I don't have a solution. I just wanted to say: you're not alone! I'm having similar issues with a Nest and Power Connector... system runs fine but get a random N260 error every 5 days or so. I started a separate thread about 2 weeks ago, but no solutions yet. Good luck.

Same here, a two wire heat-only system with the google power adapter installed. N260 keeps popping up.

Hi folks,
If you've already installed the Nest Power Connector, you might need to update the wiring info in the app.

This didn’t help. The error still pops up about once a week.

I did. I think the problem originated when I turned off the breaker when I was rewiring a light. IMHO it shouldn't send that warning if power is restored. Especially as the warning came long after power had been restored. Also, the message is confusing because the device detects a power connector is present.

All good now. When the power was off it must have triggered the message. But the message should go off when power is restored buy it didnt(i had turned power off temporarily at the breaker). This would help avoid confusion.
