Unable to turn off eco mode

App will not allow me to set temp as keeps reverting to eco mode. Only way is to set eco mode to max temp.

Just to clarify... which Nest thermostat do you have? Which app do you use to manage it (Google Home app, Nest app)?

Often Eco is associated with being away.  When everyone is away from the home, the thermostat will be set to Eco so it is not being heated as much while nobody is there. In some cases people manually select Eco and it can be used in scheduling.

• Make sure the app recognizes you as being home and not away
• Verify the thermostat has not been manually changed to Eco
• Verify schedule is not using Eco, unless that is your intent.
