I have removed and reinstalled thermostat, no help.

Hi Mike,

There is currently a known issue surrounding the Nest usage history not showing. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

You can check the history in the Google Home app.

Keep an eye on: https://status.nest.com/ for the latest updates about the Nest app.
