Unenroll Rush Hour Rewards

I want to unenroll from Rush Hour Rewards.  My provider (that I've always had) doesn't use it, and never has, and neither has my solar provider.  But Google said I need to contact them.

Thanks for that update and super helpful-- I looked for Green Mountain Energy and they are a Nest Rush Hour Rewards partner. See that list here: Nest Customer Agreements

At the end of the blurb from GME I see this You may cancel your participation in the Rush Hour Rewards program by calling Google at (855) 469-6378."  Hoping that will be the answer and it looks like I gave you misinformation about disenrolling from the rewards program. The Nest Help Center does state to contact Google and not your provider...my bad. Here is that link: Rush Hour Rewards

Hi there,

Typically, you do need to contact your power provider as they are the ones that customers enrolled with for the Rush Hour Rewards.  Sorry you are running into trouble with that.

Can you let us know your power provider?

Thanks-

Thanks for your response.  The problem is my provider doesn't, and never has used Rush Hour.  So when I called them, they said it wasn't them.  So I need to figure out how I'm enrolled since my provider (Green Mountain Energy), said they have nothing to do with it.
