Unreasonable time taken to refund - broken heatlink

Trying to claim back costs after our thermostat stopped working in December 2021 and have just been told that it could take up to 35 business days from being added to the refund list!! As we were only added at the end of January, we’re still looking at up to a 5-6 week wait. How is this reasonable customer service?

Hi, I didn’t add the ###, the numbers were complete when I added them. I’m assuming this is an automatic change when posting - can you tell me how to add without this happening?
