Unsupported Generation 1 Nest question

Received an email about unsupported Gen 1 Nest Thermostat and there is an offer to purchase Gen 4 version.

I have 4 Gen 1 Nest Thermostat, however I am just able to purchase 3 Gen 4 with the offer that was shared with me. How do I purchase 4 units at the offer price?
