Upgrade Nest Learning

Hi. I bought nest temperature sensors for learning thermostats. I tried to add sensors but I get information that I should update the software. I tried but I can't update, I get information that the software is up to date. I have versions 5.9.5-2

Hi mako1231,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Try resetting your Nest Temperature Sensors to the factory default and set it up again.

To reset:

Remove the battery from the sensor for 5 minutes and then put it back. Once done, unpair and pair the sensor back to your account.
