Upgrading to 4th gen promo code

Neither never received the promo code for the discount to upgrade my 1st gen to a 4th, or it was lat to spam. Is there a way for me to get the link to receive the discounted promo on 4th gen nest thermostat?

I have a Nest 1.4 - never received a email with a code, and only now even saw a note about service being disunited.  Yes, user is on account associated with nest and HOME
