Hi
Totally new to Nest so excuse this question if it seems simple - I am looking to use a Nest Learning Thermostat as a traditional programmable timer (coming on for a few hours morning and evening) but to also get the boiler to come on for a while should one bedroom drop below 17 degrees: I intend to get a Nest TRV valve in that room
Is this possible? What I dont want, with energy prices being so high, is for the boiler to fire up a lot more than I have had it in the past
Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I understand that you want to set up schedules for your Nest Thermostat. But no need to worry, help is here.
Before we get started with further details, let me ask you some important questions:
While the Nest Learning Thermostat is designed to learn your habits and create a personalized schedule, you can also manually set a fixed schedule. In the meantime, here are some basic steps you can try to start the process:
Check Thermostat Settings:
You can check the following guides to learn about the Temperature schedules for the Nest thermostat, to Learn about Nest thermostat temperature schedules and how to change them and to check about Temperature schedules for the Nest Learning Thermostat depending on your device’s model.
Please keep me posted.
