W and W2

I have W and W2 wires in my thermostat, but the new Nest I got only has W (plus Y, C, G, R, *OB),  I have 6 total wires and Nest has buttons, but I don't know what to do with the W2...it should be compatible, I did the compatibility test when I ordered it.. please helps

I had the same problem. I called the help line and they told me to hook up the W2 wire to the OB* terminal on the Nest thermostat. When setting up the software, if it asks if you have Auxiliary heating, choose yes.
