I have a Nest Thermostat (Display 3.6, Backplate 5.4, last updated 10/26/21) that has not been able to connect to wifi for 13 days. It had previously been working for over a year. It is giving me a W5 error code. Followed suggested restart without successfully connecting. Router (Nest mesh seond gen) is working fine and visible to all other devices in the home. Any suggestions?
