W5 error - thermostat not working

I have an error W5 on my thermostat, no other code and troubleshooting has done nothing besides direct me in circles back to the start. I've read online that she thermostats are faulty and in need of replacement. I just want a working heating system.

A few questions: which country are you located in? What model of Nest thermostat do you have? Have you already restarted the thermostat?
