W5 error

I have a w5 error, we have not been able to connect to the wifi in a long time, i have restarted the thermostat, rebooted  it, as well as the router. And still get a w5 code... it cannot find my network at all I need a persons assistance. I have version 6.1.1-21 Thank you. I am connected to my nest app but cannot control the thermostat bc of the wifi issue. HELP 🙂

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about your thermostat. 

 

What specific Nest thermostat do you have? Have you tried manually restarting it if the code disappears? If not yet, it is best to start from there. Here's a guide: https://goo.gle/2KkSrC1
