Want to disconnect my google home from nest thermostat

Tried connecting google home with my older nest thermostat. I cannot see my thermostat settings on my nest app. Tried everything but it doesn’t work. I want to go back to just the nest app

Did you convert your Nest account to a Google account? If you did there is no going back to just the Nest account.

All of the older Nest thermostats will show up in the Google Home App, but you still can only install them using the Nest App.

Got it figured out. Thank you. I was able to disconnect my generation 2 from google by going back to original settings.
