Trying to process warranty claim, 4 Gen thermostat, but after completing the flow to include personal info and SN, and decision for call back or Chat, error message pops up saying problem with screen refresh. No change, endless loop.
No other way apparently to request support or warranty claim. Getting chilly her, so need to resolve ASAP.
Thoughts?
Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen purchased direct from Google Store. Never completed setup / not on network. Charged on USB-C wall charger for multiple hours—stays solid yellow and never boots. Mounted on wall with R/W/G/Y wiring; restart attempt unsuccessful. Been working successfully since October 2025.
