Warranty Replacement part for thermostat has not been received, ordered `10-14

I am in near freezing weather in Oregon during the nighttime.  I ordered a replacement part for my broken thermostat with a Google representative over the phone on 10/14.  I received RMA paperwork but it says do not return the defective part until the replacement is received, and I have not received it.  I am elderly and COLD.  It is terrible that Google cannot give us a live person to talk with.
