Warranty

My thermostat that is a year old became unresponsive.  I worked with Google in a chat session for over an hour trying to fix and was unable to. I then had to call my HVAC to come look at the issue. They said the entire system is working fine and narrowed it down to an unresponsive thermostat.  They have temporarily installed a honeywell until I can warranty out my thermostat  which I am trying to do now

Hi fastdraw23,

 

If your thermostat is still under the warranty I would advise to get back with the Google support chat and let them know the HVAC person narrowed it down to the thermostat.
