Water not following schedule

Our hot water has a schedule to follow. It has stopped doing this. In the morning I find the hot water has not come on, when I boost it creates hot water fine. Currently the app is saying "hot water off till 10am" but the schedule for today is for hot water on between 07:30 and 10:00.
