Water temperature displaying wrong on phone app

I've got a 3rd Gen Thermostat controlling my system boiler and monitoring my hot water cylinder.  On my iPhone app, the value for the hot water temperature permanently shows as 63 degrees. 
App will change the target temperature but the tank sensor remains at 63 degrees. 
Any help on this appreciated.

Hi there @PaulRz. Thanks for reaching out. The Nest Thermostat doesn't control the temperature from the hot water cylinder. It's just an on/off switch for starting the cylinder.
