What best products for separate thermostat and boiler programmer?

Hi, I currently have a wired thermostat in the hallway, and a programmer next to my gas boiler, which hearts a hot water tank.  What best product(s) should I purchase to be able to control my central and hot water heating from my phone.  If relevant, I already have a separate underfloor heating system in the kitchen powered by the same boiler, from a nest controller and thermostat.
