My heat link has stopped communicating with my boiler - receives signal but just clicks with no action.
Customer support have refused to help as it’s 4 years old, leaving me in a freezing house with 4 kids. When I asked how to find a new heat link they just gave me info about thermostats.
please could anyone help as the forecast is freezing and we’re already struggling with the cold.

Hi, there is a green light on the heat link, it is connected to both the thermostat and the app. When you try to adjust the temperature on the thermostat the heat link clicks but the boiler doesn’t fire up

Gotcha. Let's try to perform a click test and see if this behavior is because of the Heat Link. Therefore, please go by the Heat link with your Nest app device and do the following steps: using the Nest App, make sure the display is black and call for heat, the screen should change into orange and listen for a click from the Heat Link. Then turn off the heating (the screen should turn black) and listen for the "click" sound. Let me know how it went afterwards.
