My nest thermostat gen 2 was knocked off the wall and now it only shows a white screen. Is there any way to fix this? It still detects motion and I can change the temp from the app, but I’d like to get the screen working again…

Hi Jlew,
I'm sorry to hear about what happened, but thanks for reaching out. No worries, we'll check this out.
A few questions: Is the product new, or has it been installed or working for some time? Did you accidentally damage the device? Did you drop the device, remove the cover, or disassemble it for any reason?
I'll look forward to your response.
Best,
Zoe

It is not new. It just was knocked down by accident so I imagine something came loose or was damaged on the impact. I haven’t taken it apart. I could see the blue temperature trying to come up at first but now it only shows blank white.
