This is the second Google product has been a letdown. My Google phone, a 7 pro has lots of problems, including an absolute inability to use face recognition. Despite numerous attempts to make it work, it doesn't. Presently, I am completely without heat, and it is 27 degrees outside. Nowhere is the device explained properly online or in the app for the Nest. Google support from the company is shameful (What a difference from Apple). I am 72, my son installed the learning thermostat, and I am ok with computers but my son is in California. Does Google think every person is capable of understanding all of the features? How much would it cost to include well written directions? Couldn't a company like Google hire someone to write a straightforward that is tested on its viability by checking with a panel of Seniors. I know that I will never again buy a Google phone or maybe I should just avoid a brand which cares nothing about Seniors and less than adept users.Shameful and prejudicial.
