Not sure how to reach a Nest Advisor regarding a W5 issue error that cannot be resolved. I've gone through the troubleshooting process. Completed all the steps which did not the issue.
I've done additional research that indicated their is a KNOWN defect issue causing a W5 issue that cannot be fixed through standard interface protocol.
How do I get someone to help me resolve this issue?
