My nest thermostat has a W5 code but will not connect to my wifi

Thanks for posting in the community! Sorry to hear about your Nest Thermostats aren't connecting to the WiFi network. No worries, help is here! I'd like to ask you a few questions about your devices to gather more information:

  • Which type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • Have you try resseting with the option all settings in your thermostat?
  • Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
