Will Nest Thermostat work in this house?

Hi. I just moved into new house and the previous owner has honeywell thermostat. I want to replace it with nest learning , do you think it will work with this configuration? (Attached below the pic) 

could you pls help? First time  dealing with such cases 🙂

Hi Magicmadrid, 

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as follows:

• Yellow wire to Y1
• White wire to W1
• Green wire to G
• Red Wire to RC
