Ever since the update of I tell Alexa to shut off of respond off. I check he Nest app and it shows off. Problem is the thermostat is still running. If I manually shut it off at the thermostat and then tell Alexa to set to cool or heat it does and turns the unit on to the correct function. If just will not shut off. PLEASE FIX. I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT UNTIL THE OCTOBER 2021 UPDATE.
