Will the Nest Thermostat work with this wiring

You will need the Google Nest Power Connector, an external 24vac transformer and possibly a relay.

You can try this wiring.

I brought a nest learning thermostat (3rd generation) on March 2023. Nest said this thermostat do not required a C wire. It works for me with only 2 wires W and R. Just connect W to W1 and R to RH if your new learning thermostat is 3rd generation or after.
