Wiring a nest thermostat 4th generation

I’m just trying to set up a fourth generation nest thermostat I had a Reliance thermostat. The wiring was R was white C was black E one was black. E2 was black nowhere in them set up for the nest. Do I see the E1 E2 wires and where they’re supposed to go

Based on the wiring that you described, your current thermostat might not be compatible with any Nest thermostat.
