So frustrated. My nest will not connect to wifi, this has been an on going issue. And now today my thermostat died due to low battery. I plugged it in for 4 hours and it didn't charge at all. It'll turn on long enough that the heat will kick on again but doesn't last long. Currently 5 degrees outside and 61 degrees in my house. This nest was in the house when I purchased it and I really can't afford a new one. Any help would be appreciated
The same exact thing happened to mine and my brothers (different households in different towns) at the same time a couple of days ago now. What are the chances it’s a coincidence that we all have the same issue at the same time? Sounds like google is trying to make us all get new ones to me. We’ve required and played with everything we could to fix the issue but the error still persists and our ac/heat will not turn on.
