Hi Naveed1221,

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation only and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as follows:

  • Teal wire to Y1
  • Red wire to RC
  • White wire to W1
  • Black wire to C

I've checked your Honeywell thermostat wiring configuration and found that the teal wire connected to the K terminal means both the fan and compressor are being operated on a single wire. Therefore, you should connect this to the Y1 terminal of the Nest Learning Thermostat. Jumper wire is not also needed for Nest thermostats, so disregard it. Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Best,

Zoe
