Wiring photo to check compatibility with the new Nest learning thermostat

i have the below labels where the wires are connected in the current system: 

ODT, G, Y1, O, B/C, RH, RC, AUX1. it's a Trane thermostat.

Please suggest if it is compatible with the new NEST learning thermostat
