Yes, your system should be compatible with all models of Nest Thermostat.
If you decide to buy the Nest Thermostat (2020 model), be aware that it's designed to work without a common ("C") wire in most homes. During installation, a small number of customers may find that the Nest Thermostat does not receive sufficient power. The Nest Power Connector or a C wire may be necessary. One other thing to note is you have a jumper wire between R and RC. Nest Thermostats don't use jumper wires, so don't connect that to a Nest Thermostat.
