Woke up to 55 degrees this morning. It keeps dropping at night and working fine during the day

I’ve had this nest for about 3-4 weeks now and it’s not heating at night. I’ve turned off auto scheduling and eco and it fixed my issue for a couple days but now it’s gone back to doing the same thing. The house is only 1 year old and It works just fine with the other thermostat.
