Worst Customer Service Ever

I am writing this with the most amount of frustration. I have never ever experienced such bad customer service in my life. Google has officially proven itself to be a greedy company that has no care for their customers. I have a Nest Thermostat that suddenly stopped working and when I called Google the basically gave me a refurbished device that literally had the same issue after two weeks of use only (the wifi wasn’t connecting). So I told them I want a new device since the refurbished one isn't even working. They said they can’t do that since they only have refurbished devices (which is nonsense). Now they have both devices returned (the refurbished and the original) and they are not agreeing to refund me the original one. I read online that if you chargeback with the bank, they lock your account. This is the worst customer experience ever and I want to report this to Industry Canada because there is obviously something not right here.

No, don’t lock this thread, no one has contacted me yet. You can’t just say someone will contact you and no one does. I have no thermostat in my hands and no refund still. What is the solution here?
