Wrong utility company

Nest keeps trying to enroll me in Nest Renew with Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation. This is not my electric company, which is actually Duke Energy.

When I check nestrenew.google.com, my Energy Utility is listed as Duke Energy.

Why do the thermostats and the Nest iOS app keep suggesting that I use Nest Renew with Piedmont Electric?
