best thermostat dissapear from my google home app

Hi. I had my google home app with 2 different thermostats but about 2 or 3 weeks ago they disappeared. Apparently it was a massive crash in google. I went back to add them again but I can’t. I did factory reset and I’m able to make them work but when I try to Connect them to the WiFi it gives me an error. I tried to delete the home to create a new one but it gives me a “deadline exceeded “message. I created a new one to try to delete the new one and It lets me. I tried to reset the modem, clean the cache and more. Not sure what else to do

• What kind of thermostats do you have?
• Did you get an error message on the displays?

In the meantime, let's check a few things:

• Check Wi-Fi connection: Ensure your thermostats are within range of your Wi-Fi router and getting a strong signal. Try connecting them closer to the router if possible.
• Verify Google account: Make sure you're logged in to the correct Google account on both the Google Home app and the thermostats.
• Reinstall Google Home app: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app on your phone. This can clear any app-related issues.
• Check for app updates: Ensure you're using the latest version of the Google Home app.
