can I just plug a system 4 into pre-existing sytem

I currently have a system 2 Nest. I purchased a system 4 and would like to do the simplest install possible. Can I just plug my system 4 into the existing system 2  receptacle and be finished?

 Juan, thank you for your reply. I checked the link you provided and looks like I cannot interchange the two thermostats. Thus, I have contacted my HVAC contractor and have an appointment to properly install the new thermostat (series 4).
