can't find device.

My Thermostat isn't working. I was told to delete the device from the app now it won't let me add it back. my wifi is working fine but it keeps saying it can't find the device

Sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat not connecting to your network. I want to take a closer look at it. 

 

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? When adding it back to your Nest app, what is the specific message or code that you're getting on your thermostat's display or Nest app? Also, prior to deleting in on your Nest app, did you perform a reset on it as well?

 

Please tell me more so I can check on it further.
