e78 error fix

My system comes up on e78. How can I resolve this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: what type of Nest thermostat do you have? What's the make and model of your HVAC system? Do you have a heat pump system? If so, reseat the Y1 wire. Also, do you have a conventional split system? If so, move the W2 wire to the W1 terminal.
